INVO agua de coco: Evento INVOlucrate

Hola mis amores! Ha llegado el calor y con él una semana movidísima con nuevos proyectos, la nueva web que ya casi está lista, nuevos eventos, buenas y malas experiencias pero la vida es impredecible así que aquí estamos. 

Hoy os quería hablar de uno de esos momentos inolvidables, de verdad que no podía esperar para compartirlo porque me ha encantado participar en el INVO Healthy Bloggers Day. INVO es simplemente agua de coco pura, que por cierto es una tendencia que ha arrasado en Estados Unidos y es la bebida de moda del verano por ser natural, baja en calorías, rica en vitaminas, rehidrata el cuerpo  y con un montón de beneficios que la hace la bebida ‘it’ entre las celebridades.

El evento con hashtag #INVOlucrate ha sido estupendo empezamos la mañana con un desayuno en el salón de té Vailima, seguimos con una paseo en bici, muy monas con cesta y todo de Rent & Roll por el retiro, luego una sesión al aire libre de yoga y terminamos con un pícnic de sushi del restaurante Minabo, verdaderamente una experiencia saludable que me ha estirado los días de la semana al recibir tanta energía y bienestar para mi cuerpo.

Os invito a la filosofía de INVOlucrarse, crear hábitos sanos y probar el agua de coco que es fenomenal. Mil gracias a Olivia Wild por esta invitación tan especial y hasta el domingo chicas!

Hello sweeties! It is hot in Madrid and with this warm weather a week full of new projects, the new website is about to be ready, new events, good and bad experiences but as life is unpredictable we keep going.

Today I want to talk about one of those unforgettable moments, I really could not wait to share it because I loved participating in the INVO Healthy Bloggers Day. INVO is simply pure coconut water, which is a big trend in the US right now and is the fashion drink this summer as it is natural, with low in calories, rich in vitamins, rehydrates the body and with a lot of benefits which makes It the “it” drink of celebrities.

The event with the hashtag #INVOlucrate has been amazing it started  with a bike ride with the cute baskets included from Rent & Roll, then a yoga outdoor session and to end up with a picnic by the sushi restaurant Minabo, a truly an healthy experience that has stretched my days of the week as I got a lot of extra energy and well being for my body.

I invite you to get INVOlved in this philosophy by creating healthy habits and also you should try the coconut water, it is delicious!. Thanks to Olivia Wilde for this special invitation and I´ll be back with more fun on sunday girls!

El libro de recetas “Te cuento en la cocina”: Ferran Adrià y Disney España

Hola a tod@s! El evento de hoy martes va dedicado a toda la familia con la presentación del libro “Te cuento en la cocina” de Ferran Adrià y de la mano de Disney y Carrefour España. 

La sorprendente imaginación del gurú de la cocina española ahora se concentra en un libro infantil de recetas inspiradas en el mundo de Disney, Marvel, Pixar y Star Wars con la intención de apoyar la gastronomía, promover la vida en familia y hábitos de vida saludable. Es probable que os hayáis dado cuenta que cada vez más hay propuestas como Master Chef Junior, o que en el canal Disney promocionen hábitos de hacer ejercicios y comer sano? Bueno yo gracias a mis sobrinos me entero de estas cosas pero me parece genial.

La firma de libros tuvo lugar a finales del mes de abril en el Carrefour de Alcobendas, el chef Adrià nos ha firmado los libros y ha sido interesante su punto de vista: “Hay un cambio de paradigma en la sociedad: ahora los niños quieren cocinar con sus padres”.  

Carrefour ha tomado este proyecto a todos los niveles y para darle una amplia difusión ha preparado concursos de cocina para toda la familia, la “Caravana de la Salud” que recorrerá toda España con diversas actividades y hasta  premios a Disneyland Paris. Y dentro de poco una aplicación para disfrutar de los contenidos y las recetas de forma interactiva. 

Siempre es un placer apoyar estas iniciativas y aquí os dejo con las fotos del día para que os animéis a cocinar y vivir de forma saludable con los peques y toda la familia.

Hi everyone! Tuesday's event is dedicated to the whole family with the launch of  the book "Te cuento en la cocina" by Ferran Adrià and with the collaboration of Disney and Carrefour Spain.

The amazing imagination of the Spanish guru of cuisine is now focused on a children's book full of recipes and inspired by the world of Disney, Marvel, Pixar and Star Wars. The book is  intended to support the gastronomy, promote family life and healthy lifestyles. There is an increase of proposals like  Master Chef Junior, or  Disney Channel promoting to the viewers to do exercises and healthy eating. I see this things thanks to my nephews but I think it is great.

The book signing took place at the end of April at the ‘Carrefour de Alcobendas’ and the chef Adrià has signed us the books and it was interesting his point of view: "There is a paradigm shift in society: now the kids want to cook with their parents".

Carrefour has taken this project at all levels and to give wide promotion to it, it has prepared cooking contests for the whole family, a "Health Caravan" that will travel throughout Spain with various activities and even prizes to Disneyland Paris. And soon an application to enjoy the content and recipes interactively.

It is always a pleasure to support these initiatives and here I leave with photos of the day you feel encouraged to cook and live in a healthy way with the kids and the whole family.

Cazadora Vaquera: En versión ‘long’

Domingo de looks!!! Que maravilla que el buen tiempo ha llegado a Madrid y finalmente puedo hacer unas fotos con mis looks sin tener que salir corriendo tras las lluvias. Ahora sí tiempo despejado y el SOL que tanto me gusta.

El look que os he preparado para hoy tiene como prenda estrella la cazadora vaquera, chaqueta tejana o chaqueta denim, esa que todos tenemos en el armario y que ahora me aventuro a su versión XL, oversize o simplemente ‘long’ como las vistas en los desfiles de Alexander Wang y Saint Laurent SS16. La verdad es que me encanta esta cazadora larga porque es más exclusiva, además viene un poco deshilachada, con textos en la espalda y un efecto lejía o lavado lo que la hace más original.

La fama de esta prenda proviene del lejano oeste, famosa en publicidades de cigarrillos, con sombreros tejanos y popularizada por Levi’s, Pepe Jeans, Wrangler y ahora en todas las versiones low cost. Para adaptarla a mi estilo simplemente le he querido dar un toque urbano y rock con una camiseta ilustrada a juego con el bolso de PG, unos jeans más claros para no generar un total look y TACONAZO!!!

Sunday of fashion looks !!! Finally the good weather has come to Madrid and finally I can take some pictures with my looks without having to run after every rainy moment. The weather report says sunny sunny sunny, I love it!

The look that I have prepared for today has a star garment, the denim jacket  that we all have in the closet but now I venture to the XL version, also called oversize or just 'long' as seen in  Alexander Wang and Saint Laurent SS16 collections. The truth is that I love this long version because it is more exclusive, also comes with texts in the back and a bleach effect which makes it more original.

The fame of this piece comes from the western looks, famous in cigarette advertising, with cowboy hats and popularized by Levi's, Pepe Jeans, Wrangler and now in all low cost versions. To adapt it to my style I've just wanted to give an urban and rock look with a lighter jeans (to avoid a total denim look), a shirt illustrated and matching a PG bag and of course HEELS !!!
