El arte de la mezcla

Hola chic@s! Entre días lluviosos y con frío he preparado este post de hoy. Además, en dos días inicio mi viaje a la ciudad de la luz, París, y esto me tiene corriendo de un lado a otro, así que entre preparar lo ideal para la semana de la moda parisina y arreglar todo lo necesario para días en calles y espacios diferentes es dónde me encuentro, hoy nada de Lazy Sunday.

La sesión de fotos que he preparado para hoy ha sido el resultado de un día lluvioso, como veréis es un espacio interior pero que al final he disfrutado con mi fotógrafa porque nunca se sabe dónde nos depara el destino. 

Debo confesaros que sigo enganchada a la Logomanía, esta vez un poco más sutil y refinada, me encanta porque es la forma ideal de sacarle partido a las prendas del armario, reinventarlas, mezclarlo todo, refrescar el invierno e ir adentrándonos poco a poco a la preciada temporada de primavera/verano. Así que con unos jeans, una camisa básica negra, logos por aquí y por allá, los So Kate, mi LV y una parka en verde militar os dejo por hoy.

Hello there! So winter is still here and I have prepared this post in cold and rainy days. In addition, in two days I start my trip to the city of light, Paris, and this has me running from one side to another, packing the ideal garments for fashion week over there and arrange everything for days in new and different streets iso today no Lazy Sunday at all.

Today photoshoot was  the result of a rainy day, as you will see is an interior space but at the end I enjoyed my photographer because you never know where we end up.

I must confess that I am still hooked to the Logomania, this time a little more subtle and refined, I love it because it's the ideal way to take advantage of the clothes on your closet, reinventing, mix it all and cool a bit the winter and go gradually to the precious season Spring/Summer. So here jeans, a black basic shirt, logos here and there, the So Kate, the LV and a parka in army green is my inspiration for today.

Un día en Londres y Notting Hill 

Muchas de vosotras me habéis preguntado sobre mi viaje a Londres, por eso aquí os he preparado un ‘collage’ de aventuras de un día en la ciudad y en Notting Hill.

Una de los fabulosos días en Londres empezó por una mañana de compras en el barrio de Belgravia en la tienda de Christian Louboutin, el famoso pinta uñas Rouge Louboutin con bombones de regalo de cortesía y luego compré un gorro de Yves Salomon. Una parada obligada en una de las floristerías más famosas de Londres por sus escaparates, Neill Strain Floral Couture, una tarta de frambuesa de desayuno en Peggy Porchschen y luego directo a Hyde Park a por un buen café y un placentero encuentro con las amigables ardillas del parque.

Próxima parada Notting Hill, el famoso barrio de la película con el mismo nombre, yo me sentí como Anna Scott (Julia Roberts) a diferencia de que yo ya tenía conmigo a mi William Thacker (Hugh Grant) durante el viaje. Visitamos la puerta azul donde se grabó el film al igual que los mercadillos que están durante la semana, sus tiendas vintage y sus casas con puertas coloridas en medio de mucha gente y música. 

Una  parada obligada y excéntrica que no os podéis perder cuando vayáis a  Notting Hill es la tienda One of a Kind, famosa por sus artículos vintage, muchos de ellos adquiridos en subastas incluyendo prendas icónicas de Madonna, Queen y donde al entrar en la tienda pasan el cerrojo de la puerta por cada cliente para controlar la experiencia y las valiosas antigüedades: Chanel, Prada, Gucci, Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood y mucho más, eso sí los precios son también altos y exclusivos. Terminamos el día en el restaurante vinoteca Kensington Wine Room… Yes please, wine and food!

Aquí os dejo con las fotos y como veréis mi look ha sido casual chic al principio con los Louboutins y luego casual cómodo con mis Ugg, ahí tenéis la respuesta para las que me preguntáis si siempre llevo tacones, en algunos casos como éste hay que estar súper cómoda para disfrutar al máximo. Many of you have asked me about my trip to London, so here I have prepared a collage with the adventure of a day in the city and in Notting Hill.

One of the great days in London began with a morning of shopping at Belgravia quarter in the Christian Louboutin Store, the famous nail polish, Rouge Louboutin including a gift of chocolates from the store and then I bought an Yves Salomon beanie. A must stop in one of the most famous florists of London for their windows, Neill Strain Floral Couture, a raspberry pie snack in Peggy Porchs and then straight to Hyde Park for a good coffee and a pleasant encounter with the friendly squirrels.

Next stop Notting Hill, famous for the film with the same name, I felt like Anna Scott (Julia Roberts) unlike me that I already had my William Thacker (Hugh Grant) during the trip. We visited the blue door where the film was played, the markets, its vintage shops and houses with colorful doors while it was full of people and music.

A must stop and eccentric that you can’t miss when you go to Notting Hill is the store One of a Kind, famous for its vintage items, many of them acquired at auction with iconic ítems of Madonna, Queen and when you enter the store they lock the door for each customer maybe to control the experience and the valuable antiques: Chanel, Prada, Gucci, Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood and more, and just to bare in mind, the prices are also high and exclusive. We ended the day at the winery restaurant Kensington Wine Room ... Yes please, wine and food!

Here I leave you with the photos and as you can see my look has been casual chic at first with Louboutins and then comfortable casual with my Ugg, there you have the answer for the ones of you who ask me if I always wear heels, in some cases such as this must be super comfortable for maximum enjoyment. El Cielo de los zapatos: Harrods Shoe Heaven

London calling! Hola chicas, ya pronto mi estancia en Londres llega a su fin al igual que la fashion week de aquí y no quería irme sin antes hablaros sobre la experiencia en el Shoe Heaven de Harrods. Un verdadero paraíso para amantes del calzado y El Sonido de mis Tacones no podía perdérselo. 

Muchas de vosotras sabéis mi amor por los zapatos y hoy la experiencia en Harrods me ha dejado sin aliento. Una planta entera dedicada a los mejores y más icónicos diseñadores y marcas del mundo, Dior, Valentino, YSL, Chanel, Prada, Christian Louboutin, Gianvito Rossi, Balenciaga, Giuseppe Zanotti, Aquazzura, Jimmy Choo, Charlotte Olympia, Manolo Blahnik, todos los mitos en zapatos, todos los que están en tu archivo mental, todos los ‘must have’, una edición limitada  llamada ‘Silver Lining’, y un largo etcétera, todos están aquí en este paraíso terrenal para las amantes del calzado.

 La experiencia y el diseño del espacio es lujosa e inconfundible, aunque un peligro para la economía independiente de vuestra casa y vuestro sistema de ahorros. Yo por ejemplo, no he podido resistirme y he comprado unos Yves Saint Laurent, los Tribute, para hacerle tributo a mi armario y al Shoe Heaven.

Un abrazo desde Londres y aquí os dejo con las fotos de la experiencia y creo que tengo que volver al Shoe Heaven sólo para despedirme de los zapatos. Carrie Bradshaw seguro me entendería.

London calling! Hi girls, and soon my time in London comes to an end like the fashion week here and I don’t want to leave without first talking about the experience in the Harrods Shoe Heaven. A true paradise for shoe lovers and El Sonido de mis Tacones couldn’t miss it.

Many of you know my love for shoes and today Harrods experience has left me breathless. An entire floor dedicated to the best and most iconic designers and brands in the world, Dior, Valentino, YSL, Chanel, Prada, Christian Louboutin, Gianvito Rossi, Balenciaga, Giuseppe Zanotti, Aquazzura, Jimmy Choo, Charlotte Olympia, Manolo Blahnik, all myths shoes, everyone in your mental file, all the 'must have', a limited edition called 'Silver Lining', and so long, they're all here in this earthly paradise for shoe lovers.

 The experience and the design of the space is luxurious and unmistakable, but a danger to the independent economy of your home and your savings system. For example, I could not resist and I bought the Yves Saint Laurent,  Tribute, to give tribute to my closet and the Shoe Heaven.

Logomanía

Hello from London! No sabéis la emoción de escribir estas líneas desde una ciudad como Londres, todos los días han sido una verdadera aventura, el idioma, sus calles, la estética al vestir (aunque estemos en un mundo tan globalizado), los sitios turísticos y esos rincones especiales de la ciudad.

Las imágenes de la sesión de fotos que he preparado para hoy engloban un tema muy particular y que es tendencia aquí en Londres. Desde hace tiempo estamos viendo un retorno de los 80’s con la tendencia de los logos o la famosa logomanía, stickers  y pegatinas a modo de emoticono por todas partes. La marca londinense de bolsos Anya Hindmarch desde el 2014 es famosa por esas pegatinas con esos símbolos graciosos, que que por cierto, recomiendo si visitáis Londres. Lo bueno de la actual logomanía es más una mezcla de emociones y expresionismo al reflejar más nuestra personalidad. Lo importante de esta tendencia es sentiros a gusto y menos publicidad de marcas. Digamos que es más la maximización del DYI y de crear vuestro propio ‘statement’.

Mi look de hoy es precisamente eso, la nueva forma de llevar la tendencia firme de la logomanía, un bolso inspirado en Hindmarch, un beso regalado de la colección de Nicolas Vaudelet, un vestido tipo sudadera/camisa, una maxi bomber y como veréis también llevo esa prenda que no falta en el armario de toda ‘london girl’...las botas de agua.

Qué pensáis de la tendencia? Daros un vistazo por las colecciones de Alexander Wang, Louis Vuitton, Gucci y Anya Hindmarch y veréis que el mundo de la moda gira entorno a la  logomanía!

Hello from London! It is such a pleasure to write from a city like London, every day has been a real adventure, the language, its streets, different fashion styles (although we are in a globalized world), tourist sites and those special places from the city.

The images from the photo shoot I have prepared for today is about a particular theme and also very trendy here in London. I have seen for a while the return of the 80's with the trend of the logos or  the so called  logomania, stickers,  mini icons and smiley faces everywhere. The London label Anya Hindmarch handbags since 2014 is famous for these stickers with those funny symbols, which I certainly recommend if you visit London. The good thing about the current logomania is a mixture of emotions and expressionism to better reflect our personality. The importance of this trend is to be ourselves, and about confidence and less brands advertising.  Or let’s say is maximizing DYI and to create your own 'statement'.

My look of today is just that, the new way to bring the steady trend of logomania, a bag inspired by Hindmarch, a kiss given  as a gift from the Nicolas Vaudelet  collection, a sweatshirt which is actually a dress, a maxi bomber and as you will see, the garment that is in every 'london girl' closet... the rubber boots.
